Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You must operate a lawful business and provide accurate registration information.
• You authorise us to verify your identity and business details with third-party providers (including Paystack and bank verification services).

QRPayLink lets merchants accept card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money payments through QR codes, payment links and our hosted checkout. Payment processing is provided by Paystack, a regulated payment institution. We are not a bank and do not hold customer funds — Paystack settles funds directly to your registered bank account.

• Platform fee: 3.5% on every successful transaction. This is an all-in fee that includes payment processing.
• No setup fee, no monthly subscription. You only pay when you receive money.
• Optional instant mobile-money payout: +1% on top, applied only if you choose to withdraw to a mobile-money wallet.
• We may update our pricing on 30 days’ notice via email and a prominent in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Funds are settled on a T+2 basis (two working days after payment) by Paystack, unless a longer review period is required for risk or compliance reasons. QRPayLink’s platform fee is deducted automatically at settlement.

• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Complete identity verification (KYC/KYB) before activating real payouts. See our AML Policy.
• Do not use the Service for prohibited activities, including but not limited to: unregulated financial services, illegal gambling, sale of illegal goods, intellectual-property infringement, weapons, narcotics, and any activity that violates Ghanaian, Nigerian or international law.
• Provide accurate product and pricing information to your customers.
• Handle refund requests and customer disputes in good faith and in accordance with our Refund Policy and local consumer-protection law.
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations on the income you receive through QRPayLink.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with our APIs.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another business.
• Issue chargebacks fraudulently or collude with customers to defraud Paystack.
• Resell access to QRPayLink without a written commercial agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your account, and Paystack may freeze related funds, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the payments network. Where lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond. On termination, you remain liable for outstanding fees, chargebacks and any taxes owed.

The QRPayLink name, logo, brand assets, website, mobile applications, source code and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your account is active and in good standing.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRPayLink’s aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the total platform fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRPayLink, its directors, employees, agents and partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Nigerian merchants, and by the laws of the Republic of Ghana for Ghanaian merchants. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lagos (for Nigerian merchants) or Accra (for Ghanaian merchants).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and via an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
