• Strictly necessary — required for the platform to function. Includes session cookies, authentication tokens and CSRF protection. You cannot opt out of these without breaking core functionality.
• Security — used to detect malicious activity, prevent fraud and protect your merchant account.
• Functional — remember your preferences (currency, language, theme colour, chat-bot transcript, recent dashboard filters).
• Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that help us improve the product (page views, feature adoption, drop-off points). We do not use these to identify individuals.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• access_token & refresh_token — HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=None cookies that keep you signed in. Required to access your dashboard.
• qrpaylink_support_session & qrpaylink_support_transcript — sessionStorage keys that hold your AI chat history while you browse.
• qrpaylink_signup_country — localStorage key that remembers the country you chose at signup so we can pre-fill KYC.

When you complete a payment, you are redirected to a checkout page hosted by Paystack, our regulated payment processor. Paystack sets its own session and fraud-prevention cookies on its domain. Their use is governed by Paystack’s own privacy notice.

We do not embed third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels on qrpaylink.com.
